As a convective mixer and blender, the Nauta auger mixer utilises axial, radial, and tangential movements to deliver exceptional mixing results. A cantilevered, rotating auger conveys material from the bottom to the top of the conical vessel while orbiting along the vessel wall. Gravity promotes a downward flow, increasing particle velocity as the vessel narrows, ensuring fast, uniform, and energy-efficient mixing.
After mixing, the product is discharged through a bottom outlet designed for complete emptying, reducing cleaning time and minimising cross-contamination risks.
