Welcome to Hosokawa Micron’s Remote Support service. If you require our specialistic assistance, but a site visit by one of our technicians is not possible, it is good to know that our remote support team is on hand to help you solve your problem, remotely.

For regular matters such as reordering parts or a maintenance visit, you can contact us through our usual channels.
