Remote Attendance of Trials in our Test Centre

Trials at our Test Centre can be attended either in person or remotely via video connection. A remotely attended test day begins with an online meeting to confirm the goals for the day. You can closely follow the trials, discuss progress with our experts, and get an up-close look at the end product samples. Throughout the trial, you can monitor every stage, from initial discussions to real-time views of system controls and operations. Afterward, you will receive a detailed report for review and feedback.

Remote FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

If you are unable to attend a FAT of your equipment in person, we provide the same high-quality service you expect from us with a remote FAT. During a remote FAT, you can interact directly with our engineers via live video conferencing. With detailed close-up images of equipment and components, you can thoroughly inspect them, no matter where you are located.

Remote Commissioning and Start-up

Our remote support extends to both commissioning and system start-up. Through a VPN connection linked to the process control system, our experts guide your team step-by-step to ensure each component functions as expected and your systems run optimally. We also provide performance testing and fine-tuning, tailored to your specific needs.

Remote SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

Once commissioning is complete, we offer a comprehensive remote SAT. Our engineers collaborate with your team via VPN and video connections to carry out the final acceptance test. With minimal travel, we work together to ensure a smooth handover.

Remote After-Sales Support

Our after-sales support team can assist you remotely via a video connection in many cases, helping to minimize downtime, avoid unnecessary travel, and save costs. With remote support, we can assist you with:

  • Process optimization
  • Routine maintenance, such as replacing lubricants
  • Basic inspections
  • Troubleshooting
  • Simple repairs
  • Support for (preventive) follow-up actions
