LOCKING VALVES

Hosokawa Solids Solutions offers different locking valves designed to securely lock conveying lines and containers in solids processing systems. These valves ensure system integrity and safety while accommodating a variety of materials and operating conditions, including overpressure and vacuum. Our locking valves are available in various designs to meet different needs, with options for both manual and automatic operation.

Variants include those suitable for pressureless downpipes/containers, vacuum applications, and overpressure conditions. For applications with operating pressures above 0.5 bar, our shut-off valves for bulk solids comply with the stringent requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
