The value of the end product relies on the ratio of TCP or DCP to phosphoric acid, making it an essential consideration for this production process. The Flexomix agglomeration system with its horizontal ribbon mixer is the perfect technology for this application. It allows the reaction to reside in the mixer, before it is passed onto a fluid bed dryer to have any excess water removed.

This means you can optimize the conversion ratio for the highest possible product value. The final result are free-flowing agglomerates which are easy to handle during further processing, or ideal for selling straight to the consumer.
