Historically, the Netherlands played an important role in the import of luxury food products into Western Europe. In the past, this role was focused on trade and later on this role gradually changed into added value processing. The added value was subsequently increased by processing the raw ingredients ready-to-use products for customers like sauces, desserts and cocoa vending machine products.

Cocoa and tea are two examples of luxury food products that use our technologies for cleaning, alkalising, size reduction, cooling and mixing. We do this, by combining expertise from the entire Hosokawa Group into a one-stop approach to powder processing.
